I read about a board game based on Frank Herbert's Dune series, and though I only like the first book, it looked interesting. Turns out it's not being manufactured anymore. But it also turns out that there are scans of everything online, so I can make a set of the game! Now I just have to find 5 people to play with...
Speaking of finding people to play with, how many people reading this would be interested in playing Magic: The Gathering? And have their own cards?

Dreamworks
My dreams are a very odd place.. I've been staying home because I'm sick, and this morning I had a really weird dream.
So my mom was writing my biography. And I was looking over her shoulder. And this is what the page she was writing said, translated into Eeenglish: "After arriving in Shanghai, John quickly met his friend Alex. Alex told him that Erika, Alex's siter, was sent to a Tibetan monastery to give out food to the poor. Without heeding his mother's warnings, John rashly set out east to find the love of his life. " (About now, I had memories of hopping onto a battered train and heading west) .
I read to there, and I said, "Mom, Tibet's to the west of Shanghai, not the east..." and we got into an argument, where she claimed that "west is towards the water!". Then Mom came in and asked if I was well enough to go to school.
It was hecka weird. The most weird part, now that I think of it, was that we were debating the east-west-ness instead of the.. accuracy of some other facts.
EDIT: Grammar-ish, also Erika is not Alex's brother

Another One Bites the Dust
Wahoo, the week is over. Brain death time! And mom wants me to do more writing stuff... hell no, it's Friday night!
Yeah this week was busy, with tennis tryouts and whatnot. I think it's gonna be sleepytime for me soon, but I have to practice clarinet (ow, goddamn dry skin).
